Insurance : Our office accepts most major insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Knowing your insurance benefits is important as we can not guarantee any estimated coverage. For many services that will require a co-payment, please inquire about payment arrangements prior to your appointment.
Broken Appointments: A specific amount of time is reserved especially for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Emergency Care: Should you develop a problem requiring immediate treatment, we will do our best to respond promptly. Please call us as early in the day as possible. If the emergency occurs outside regular office hours, please call our office for emergency phone numbers.
